Note that you RSVP by clicking the "Registration" button in the left column. Remember that a charge of $5 will be added to your bill if you attend without a reservation.

Marlins vs. Mets Benefit BWA Scholars
Mark your calendars for a hot ballgame! Thanks to BWA member and Florida Marlins Community Foundation Executive Director Nancy Olson, 16 BWA members will enjoy VIP treatment at the Florida Marlins vs. New York Mets baseball game. The game is slated for 7:05 on Thursday, April 19. Tickets are $50 each and benefit BWA’s scholarship program. And that’s not all! The Florida Marlins Community Foundation will make a $1,000 on-field donation to BWA for scholarships. Don’t miss it!
IMPORTANT NOTE: Change of Date for June Meeting
The June BWA meeting is now on Tuesday, June 12, not on the 11th, at the The Tower Club. The Tower Club will close on Mondays during the summer necessitating the change. So mark your calendars for June 12.

Opening Benefits Kids in Distress
BWA member Maria Pierson would like to invite the BWA membership to a VIP reception on Thursday, March 8, in celebration of the opening of the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company. The opening of the restaurant is on March 10 with a percentage of proceeds benefiting Kids in Distress. Bubba Gump Shrimp Company is located at 429 S. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. (AIA). Scholarship Reminder
