Duree Ross is President of Duree and Company, a public relations firm and is a graduate of University of Miami. Born and raised in South Florida, she lives in Fort Lauderdale with her husband, son and daughter. Duree is a member of American Heart Association Circle of Red. She was nominated to BWA by Maria Soldani.
Erica Bachelor is with Seminole Media Productions and secures celebrities for events and secures sponsorships. Erica graduated from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. She was nominated to BWA by Tera Jenkins.

On Monday, January 11, 2010, our guest speaker will be Peggy Nordeen, Chairwoman of The Broward Alliance, Broward County's official public/private partnership for economic development. The mission of The Alliance is to lead Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County in building a stronger and more diverse economy.

- Maria Kondraki says hello and has temporarily relocated to her vacation house in NY. She continues to work with her clients and is in Florida every month or son. She has recently taken up the sport of snowmobiling.
- Jillian Printz retired from Broward College in December 2009
- Becky Irwin has accepted position of Development Director for HANDY (Helping Abused, Neglected, Disadvantaged Youth).
- Miya Burt-Stewart has been appointed by the Secretary of the Treasury to serve on the national Taxpayer Advocacy Panel (TAP). Secretary Timothy Geithner selected Burt-Stewart ouf of more than 900 applicants.
- Maria Soldani presented "The Happiness Habit" to over 150 members of Wynmoor's National Council of Jewish Women. Maria has over 15 titles and programs available to suit the needs of businesses and not-for-profits to motivate and re-educate staff and clients.

- Save the Date: Marlins Celebrity Classic Golf Tournament on February 11, 2010 at Parkland Golf and Country Club. Come out and tee off with Marlins players, coaches and executives. Contact Nancy Olson at nolson@marlins.com.
